This App is a scheduling tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Smoking is harmful to your health. The App does not encourage smoking. If you wish to reduce or stop smoking, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Age Restriction
You must be of legal smoking age in your jurisdiction to use this App. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age requirement for tobacco use where you reside.
4. No Guarantees
The App calculates evenly spaced reminder times based on values you provide. We make no guarantees about health outcomes, habit changes, or the accuracy of notification delivery, which depends on your device settings and OS behaviour.
5. Notifications
The App requests permission to send local push notifications. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device — no data is sent to external servers. You can revoke notification permission at any time in your device settings.
6. Data & Privacy
All data (cigarette count, wake time, sleep time) is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. No account or registration is required.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of this App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
